What is a harmonious mind To sit in stillness a place to find Or the magic of the rising sun Watching the stars disappear one by one With the wind gently caressing your face Feeling safe and secure in this inviting space To see the warming glow of the sun rise A spectacular surprise The glow has you in a loving embrace The troubles in your mind gone without a trace If only this harmony could last the day But the troubles always find their way This spectacular space is always in my mind It sometimes takes awhile to find But I’ll try to visit each day One day in this harmonious mind I’ll stay Free from the worries and pain Just to be me myself again
