It’s hard to be inconspicuous when you’re hanging upside down, but I thought it would be fun. I hadn’t considered the fact he may be home late from work.

So there I was hanging upside down above the door waiting to surprise attack him with a recreation of a kiss from his favourite movie, only for him not to show up on time and me to pass out.

When I woke up in the ambulance he was sitting by my side shaking his head. But I could also see a slight smile curl on his lips and I knew as much as an idiot that I am. He loved me no matter what.
