It took a while,

To get to where I am right now,

Back then, I never thought I’d get here,

I never thought, I’d still be here.

Looking back,

Lots of things went wrong,

I’m surprised I got through it all in one piece,

Still ripped and torn to shreds,

But still, in one piece.

Nothing is wrong here,

I don’t hate myself for anything,

I don’t despise others just because,

I’m me here,

I’m, me again.

Hopefully I can stay here for the rest of my days,

Living peacefully in solitude,

Taking in Mother Nature,

Going on brisk morning walks.

I’ve never felt so alive,

It feels as if I,

Transcended.
