Lucien's Song

In courts of thorns where shadows softly creep,

Amidst the whispers of the fae's unrest,

There walks a fox, by trials sorely pressed,

Yet kindness blooms where others sow deceit.

Through shattered bonds and loves forever lost,

He bears the scars of battles fiercely fought,

Yet in his heart, compassion's flame is caught,

A beacon in the darkness, tempest-tossed.

Betrayed, his eye a testament to pain,

And yet he finds the strength to still believe,

In loyalty and love, though hope is slain.

For in his soul, a sunbeam does retrieve

The light of kindness, despite the rain,

Lucien, the fox, in tragedy, achieves.
