The buzzing sound starts

but it doesn’t stop.

I sit up on my bed, the headboard creaking as I place my feet on the floor, the cold tingling throughout my body. I look around my room pitch black, the sound stops, and I breathe a sigh of relief thinking that the torment is over.

It starts again,

once I rest my head on my pillow the sound starts but louder like the beat of a drum, and I groan sitting up.

I reach for the light my hands fumbling for the switch as the pitch-dark room brightens up immediately.

“What the “

My eyes widen taking in the sight before my eyes. The buzzing, I stand up approaching cautiously It’s a phone but not. It’s floating up in the air shaking as the buzzing sound escapes it, their a blue glow surrounding it like a bubble. I hesitate my hand hovering over it my mind racing with possibilities. My fingers touch the blue glow, my hands immediately warming, and my hands inch closer before my hand closes around the phone?, immediately I’m blown back my body hitting the bed frame, a groan escaping my mouth.

“Ow” I yell but cover my mouth when the phone now left on the floor by my feet, lights up a silhouette escapes it, my eyes widen taking in the form of…of a person?

“Finally I’m free” the figure speaks..
