A smooth day

Headphone on and music with my favorite playlist

Im just cruising down the sidewalk with my head in the clouds

I see bus stops and see a homeless man asking for a dollar or a bite to eat

I gibe my five away leaving with a smile

I keep my head and up and feel small next to the concrete that is the skyscrapers

See the busy corporate man in a suit and tie with the woman in heels

I wonder who is the one truly in charge here? Is it the woman or the man? Who is winning the rat race

The food carts are starting to get ready for the day. You can smell the fryers and fresh coffee brewing.

I grab my coffee and continue my walk. The roads are starting to pick up and honking is happening time to watch my step.

I feel lost but at peace as the crowd comes out. Everyone is bustling at once not a cincern for anyone but themselves and their world.
