WRITING OBSTACLE
How would you describe silence?
Think about which senses you can use to describe the sound, and feeling, of silence.
Admiration
Silence is what I hear when I tell you an unfunny joke.
Silence is what I hear when I watch you from afar,
Admiring you,
Loving you,
Feeling strong feelings.
Silence is what makes you the perfect one for me,
The innocent, soft little smiles you would give me,
Filling my heart,
The empty void that needed to be filled for so long.
Silence is when I can hear the voices in my head, saying
_Kiss her,_
_She’s yours to take,_
_She loves you back,_
_Don’t be paranoid about your feelings._
And yet, we’re still here,
Waiting.
In silence.
The silence I love oh so much while these thoughts flood inside my head,
_You need her._
_She needs you._
Silence is what I hear when our lips brush against each other.
Silence is my form of love,
And you have fallen right into it.
