I was born completely blind. No sight at all. Nothing. But I can hear and smell very well. So when a kind guy asked if I was blind I said yes. He smelled good, like morning rain and coffee. He was kind.

One day, he told me he was invisible. He asked if I believed him.

“I can’t see you. So why would it matter to me. To me you are invisible, but very very important.”
