STORY STARTER
Submitetd by Jewelie Rain
“I want to be complete, not perfect.”
Write a story which ends with this line.
Life though, be bold.
Life can be tougher than I thought; lessons are constantly present daily, and I often unconsciously avoid them.
They say back home that a lesson learned should be a lesson shared. So, here I am sharing this with you guys.
It has been a little bit more than 10 years of learning new abilities of education and self-development processes, but there’s one aspect that cannot be missed for you as I did for the past 5 years. Whoever is reading this out there, notice something from a 26-year-old born and raised Mexican; nothing in life will stay permanently if we don’t take care of them while being consciously. Personal competencies we develop in life cannot reach their maximal potential if we don’t work it out; just like muscles, our brain must constantly be challenged.
Your constant and fluency at new tasks is often based on your personal and silent preparation. As one shoe manufacturer brand says, just do it.
Challenge yourself with more unique scenarios, pushing yourself harder in more complex situations than real life so that when it’s time, you can nail every new scenario. In the process, remember your authenticity. Be real and bold because perfection is not reachable, but working out to aspire to be our better self is.
At the end of every day, we shall not forget what life is about: being happy while living a meaningful life.
I want to be complete, not perfect.
