Instead of writing a dramatic and drawn out scene, think about how subtle actions and sensory details can carry the weight of the feeling.

Loud.

Her pen is tapping.

Loud.

His fingers are cracking.

Loud.

The teachers necklace is clanking.

Loud.

My leg is shaking.

Loud.

The meat on my bones is shaking as my brain is thinking.

Loud.

The teachers says to flip the page.

Loud.

The teachers complains about her wage.

Loud.

I am exhausted and enraged.

Loud.

Loud.

Spending my nights studying endless topics and ways.

Loud.

My eyesight weakens and the paper starts to fade.

Loud.

I rest and the teacher gets pissed.

Loud.

She slams her book on my desk.

Loud.

All the work I did.

Loud.

Bubbles to the surface.

Loud.

And like a bubble I pop.

Loud.

I spew the worse, I leave her in shock.

Loud.

The silence.

Loud.

Their jaws drop.

Loud.

An honor roll student kicking the rocks.

Loud.

I have no energy in stock.

Loud.
