Home has two hearts

One in the back of mind mind

Where I feel loved by family

When I know I am safe

And when I feel at my happiest

But home is also where I lay at night

It’s where I write and read to unwind

Where I love on our sweet pup

And spend time with my soulmate

But home is many things

Most of all where I can be myself

I don’t have to pretend at all

I can share my tears and joy

Without the thought of repercussions
