When the world doesn’t make sense

Could there be more to the universe?

I wonder if aliens are real.

I wonder if they would curse.

I lie awake in bed

Maybe I should get up instead

But there is something about sitting

And doing nothing

Life is a roller coaster

One that goes upside down

I think I’m feeling nauseous

I want to be found

Maybe I’ll find my way

It won’t be today

I could turn right side up

I think I will. Yup,

I’ll be enough

when I’m right side up.
