It was his last chance to create something incredible- something that would get him up ‘there’.
His friend was brilliant- he knew that- but Jake was better, and he wasn’t going to let anyone jeopardise his chances.
The leg was rusted from the elements and from sitting in a corroding metal dump for years, but Jake could clean it, and it would be as good as new.
Easy.
He just needed to steal it from Dean first.
