They Don’t See What I See

They all know that I am an angel,

Sent from the heavens above,

Spreading happiness across the world,

Bringing peace and love,

They see the halo perched like a crown,

The Queen of all the land,

They gaze upon my sweet smiles,

Place their trust in my hands.

They don’t see what I see,

The devils horns on my head,

They don’t see what I see,

The worshipper of death,

The mirror shows who I really am,

The devil sent from hell,

They watch me fake my kindness,

My false smiles a warning bell,

But they are too blind to see it,

And so I sit upon my throne,

My flickering flames of wrath,

Threatening to melt their bones.
