In this cage both day and night

I spread my wings to take flight

No room

Although, I’m treated like a king

Hearing music makes me sing

I mostly swark

Why can’t I be a mouse

Freedom to roam the whole house

I’m caged

I think my cage is kinda rad

Alone all day gets me mad

Master will be home soon

I’m petted when on his arm

Makes me feel nice and calm

So cover me now, I’ve been fed

Now it’s time to go to bed.

I’ll squawk you in the morning
