Today was another dreadful day. It was only Tuesday and this week was not going fast enough. After I put on my colorless, boring uniform, I looked in the mirror and had a few thoughts. I grabbed my tie-dye headband and put it on. Even though there was color, I needed more. I grabbed bright pink beads and put them in my braids. Bracelets were also needed. Pink, green, baby blue, and many more colors were now on my arm. My short white socks with my black dress shoes were boring me. I grabbed my bright green and blue socks and put them on. This is make me stand out! I put on highlight on my face to give it sparkle. Now I was ready. I grabbed my bag and swang it over my shoulder.

And if I get suspended or dress coded, so be it. I want to express myself.
