POEM STARTER
Write an Epic following the life of any of your favourite characters.
An Epic poem typically tells a long, narrative story and often centers around heroic deeds and legendary adventures. It tends to focus on the actions of the character rather than their traits or emotions.
Super Max
As he dashed around the corner there he stood
Dr. Mill holding Max’s one and only weakness well
Let’s rewind
Max is laying in bed it is ten at night
There is a loud bang
Max jumps up and wines
Dr Mill ran though the door and swooped up Remy
Max new he had to save her and fast
Dr Mill ran down the hall back out the door
Max chased him until
He got them
He got the hiccups
Max screamed and ran
As he dashed back to bed he couldn’t stop thinking about his lost sister
He jumped back up and slowly walked out the door and down the street
No one was there
Down the alley
No one was there
Down the highway
No one was there
He than stumbled to the next corner and saw a mini shack
He had been traveling for hours
He ran to the shed and saw Dr Mill
Remy was laying on the table winning
Dr Mill spanked her and yelled
Max dashed around the corner there he stood
Dr. Mill holding Max’s main weakness
He laughed and explained how he has a potion
Max tilted his head
Dr Mill continued to explain how who ever drank this would be stuck with hiccups for ever
He forced Max to drink it
But Max did not tremble he did not fear
For that potion was the wrong potion
Max drank a super strength potion
He grabbed Dr. Mill and swing him to the floor
He broke Remy out of the cage and they ran home together
It was the next morning and the people woke up
And Max climbed into the human bed there he got cuddled
As his owners continued to call him the best dog in the world
Completely clueless of the night he just had
Remy laid smiling
Max had saved the night
