Invaders

I didn’t want to kill them. I just wanted them out. Because I did not want to share my house.

They were coming through the door, more and more and more and more.

And I felt that I would lose my mind.

If I carried one out, it’s way back in, it would always find. If I killed ten, one hundred more would arrive at the same time.

I couldn’t take it anymore. I hid behind the closet door. And I thought about abandoning my perfect house. I was sure there was no other way.

And, to this day, still, I’m sure that there was no other way. I had to leave that house behind; it was no longer mine.
