Write a 4-stanza poem, using the word ‘stretch’ in each stanza.
Perhaps you could use the repetition to shift the meaning of the word each time it is used, or to emphasise a theme.

Stretch your arms to feel again

Stretch beyond all borders,
And stretch into the depth of these waters
