I felt normal today.

It was just like any other day.

Then the feeling came crashing in.

I was in a vast ocean trying to swim,

Gasping for air,

Clawing for anything that’s there.

Then I felt a warm embrace,

That gave me a small feeling of grace.

Gradually the ocean dropped,

‘Until finally, the chill stopped.’
