Everything was so clear Bright blues and dark greens Flowers and clouds and trees I could see everything And then I sneezed Lines weren't as sharp Colors beginning to fade Things were still discernible But it wasn't quite so clear And then I sneezed The fading got worse Everything was gray Shapes were still there Yet it wasn't what I knew And then I sneezed Black just black No colors no shapes Isolating darkness My other senses worked But I could no longer see
