I awaken to sounds I

heard before, unsure

of what they are. I

pull myself up to see

the reasoning why:

I hit my head hard.

Standing up the pain

in my head reveals

itself. But I can still

function. Something

refreshing hits my ear

and soothes my brain:

a Waterfall I fell from.

My legs moved on their

own—towards the sound.

My brain thought about

how I decided to fall.

Until I realized I craved

the water….

and drowned in it.
