Nothing
I know one thing
And it’s that I know nothing
This existence is full of mysteries
Hiding, not waiting to be uncovered
We think we know how the world works;
How this universe works
But we are merely pawns in a game
That we simply don’t know the rules to
Or pieces to an infinite puzzle
That no one will ever solve
We think we know how to survive this life
But death quickly picks us off one by one
We want to believe we’ve figured this out
So that we can be happy in ourselves
But we will never know the workings of humans
Or the making of them, or the end of them
Because we were meant to know one thing
And that is nothing, nothing at all
The way of this existence will remain a mystery
The way of paradoxes is the way of the truth
