My goal was never to live forever, it was to create something that will. I would be lucking if i live old enough to remember the bad days to appreciate the quiet boring days. I postpone my demise for tomorrow

What exactly do you mean by demise? Mostly because I don’t understand the whole thing, but that’s just how my mind—my octopus mind (got it from this book I’m reading—works.

Do you mean: My goal is to live long so when I’m older I can look back on the past with a distant smile? If so, I still do not understand the effort of postponing your said demise.
