POEM STARTER
Write an Epode based on any theme you like.
An Epode is a style of poetry where each verse is two lines which differ in meter and structure, but the second line is always shorter than the first.
Good Morning
Sunny some days sleeping in
Now I can begin
Thinking thoughts to try tomorrow
An act so hard to follow
Usually uttering unrealistic urges
Concerned emotion surges
Voiceless victory’s vying vehemently
For the day to be
Walking witlessly while wanting warmth
Getting coffee henceforth
