Before Icarus flew too close to the sun, he had fun test-flying his wings.
Write some light-hearted scenes depicting the joy of flying for a young boy in an ancient world.
Flight
I drafted over the kingdom and wept at the beauty below me. My heart exploded as exploration took flight in my spirit and body. Flying was not a normal thing to do but here I was, up in the air, taking it all in with a giant breath of gratitude.
