The Cold Mountain

It was afternoon, yet the sun had disappeared in the snow the wind the fog and the clouds. The snow storm was blowing against me. Through the goggles the path was not visible. I had to take a deep breathe and move forward slowly. I had to reach the village before sunset. Slowly and steadily I moved forward one step at a time. The quick lunch that I had filled my stomach. I looked at the compass and made some quick steps. Out of the corner of my view I could see the top of a building. Yes! I thought. I was almost there. The wind picked up in speed and strength determined to block my way.
