Chaos
It all happened too fast, I didnt know what happened, i didnt know why i did it, all i know is that it happened. The room, filled with threats, pirates brandishing weapons filled the space, they trashed about, the loud clinking of weapons reverberated thhrough out the entire space. Bodies dropped with a thud as bloody swords pierced them, ending their lives in one swift motion. I watched whag can onlg be described as chaos unfold right in front of me. I glanced down and noticed I had my sword withdrawn. Subconscious. My instincts took over, before i realized it, a sword swung right infront of me. Narrowly missing my face, slicing a piece of my brown hair off. I watched as it slowly fell to the floor. I turned to see a drunken pirate, a large bushy beard preparing to swing once more. His eyes seemed disturbed, experienced, as if they’ve seen a thousand battles. He swung once more, my sword, however stopped his attempt at my life. Subconsciously. I kicked him in his chest, forcing him to stumble backwards. He tripped on another’s leg and fell to the ground. With a swift motion, I pierced his chest, something about this moment excited me. It could’ve been the sight of the sword cutting clean through the flesh. Or it could be watching him breathe his last breath. But something snapped. My vision turned red and everyone around me became a target. Before i knew it, I took lives, hundreds of lives. The pirates who so carelessly gave their lives away turned to livestock. Cutting them down, a deep smile on my face, their little lives did not mattered. Blood now covered my clothes, turning them a deep shade of crimson. Standing before me was a singular man, more like a giant, with a sword equal to his size. He was ginger, with a long beard and long hair. He looked more like a viking. He smiled at me, swinging the heavy weapon like it was nothing. To him it probably was. I jumped backwards, narrowly avoiding the attack, though appearing slow, it crashed into the wooden floor, stained with blood, with a loud crash. I took this as my opportunity, dashing forward to deliver a final blow. Though, he did the unexpected, letting go of his sword to free up his arms. He was smarter than he looked. He swung his fists at me, but swiftly, i avoided them, still racing towards him. I jumped, swinging my sword againgst his neck. His enormous head dropped with a loud thud followed by his body with an even louder thud. Now, no one stood against me. I sat down, witnessing the scene, bodies on the blood stained floor. I could almost feel their souls still fighting. They died valiant deaths. It’s simply unfortunate for them that my heart gave into the chaos.
