VISUAL PROMPT

Create a story or poem using the quote 'Wherever there is the light, the flowers will find it'.
Light
wherever is the light,
the flowers will find it.
but when they’re placed in great height,
they stop using the effort.
so, when you pull a flower from its roots
that has been nourished like this it’s whole life,
and place it in a dark room
with only one tiny light source,
it will stop trying.
now, the flower has withered away
and it’s all your fault.
i didn’t want to point fingers at first,
but now you have to see what happens
when you take away something nourished by many.
the only way to get out of this situation
is replaced this nourished flower,
although it will be quite obvious it is not the same.
once they have found out this heinous crime,
you will be surprised how many will hate you
for a simple flower killing
until you find out
it wasn’t just a flower.
now you know what you have truly done.
