The Creed says that we are one body, but whose body is the one?
He didn’t quite remember how to respond to the question. He knew that there was an answer buried somewhere in the ancient library tomes. But was it his answer? And what was the difference between his answer and their’s?
Always nothing.
Reason, he remembered, was something borrowed. The scribes had always told him that. Reason wasn’t his own, but rather a shared universe of which all could partake. If only he could find that book, the one with all the answers.
Finally, he stopped and thought.
