Author note: haikus are short so I’ll do a couple
I don’t like structure
Yet I need it to survive
Haikus confound me
Snow fall’s expected
So I remain in my home
Bundled up and warm
Books piled up high
I chip away at my hoard
Learning more each day
Snuggled up with you
I hope warm weather comes soon
With sweet flowers too
