I woke up afraid to go outside because it’s a Tuesday. Those are my unlucky days and I just can’t risk the chances.

It may sound a little extreme but it’s the truth. I once broke my leg on a Tuesday running home from school. Then another time my boyfriend of three years broke up with me on that same day. The list goes on and I wouldn’t like to think about it.

I carry around an old sock from when I was a baby for good luck. It helps me feel safe although I’m not sure it actually works. I know I’m not immune to anything but I’d like to think it helps.
