Flaming Love
Your love is suffocating,
Bruising, Melting,
Like smoke filling my lungs.
Toxic flames lap at my heart,
It’s serpentine heat rising.
Glasses thrown,
Vases Broken-
Purple discoloration on my heart.
You love too roughly,
Like a rope binding my soul
And holding me back.
You loved me too fiercely,
That I burned;
Now, you’ll only be left
With Ashes.
