Rescue Mission #1
He jumped from the roof top down to the balcony to the Princesses room.
“How did you get in here? How did you get past security?” She whisper-yelled grabbing him by his arm.
“I couldn’t possibly tell you...” he glanced towards the door and heard running further down the hall, most likely to this room.
“Let’s go!” He said, grabbing her hand and running towards the balcony.
“We are not about to jump!” She called out behind him.
“Yes, yes we are. Just trust me.” He turned to look at her, holding her untrusting gaze with his certain eyes. She gripped his hand, giving him the go ahead, and he jumped, taking her with him through the air as they fell.
As she looked into the distance, not looking down as there was still a fear of heights, or rather of faking to her death, she saw someone flying towards them.
“Almost...Gotcha!” The mysterious vigilante or hero gripped them tight, flying them safely to the ground far from the castle she had been taken from, or rescued, she didn’t know which.
“Took you long enough!” The not flying one hit the other person lightly but seemed slightly startled.
“Ok, who are you guys?” She asked, putting her hands in front of herself and taking a step back until she found a place to sit, which was only two steps behind her.
“Isaac from Kansas, United States, I’m a hero. Oh and I’m a wanted fugitive from some alien planet but who cares right?” ‘Isaac’ said smiling in a yellow and purple skin tight suit.
“Wow, way to basically give her your identity.” He turned his head to the Princess “he’s still in training. You were his first mission! Oh, forgot to mention, there were a few people in the castle who wanted you dead but your safe ish now.”
“Safe ish?” She affirmed.
“Uhh yeah, about that, we have this slight thing. He may be the powerful brute, he looks like the superhero but I’m telling you, it’s most likely me. I’m the brains of the operation. We have a thing where we can predict when someone dies, we’ll I do, and ma’am? Your just went up by three more days leaving you with only a week left. Sorry about that but we can totally fix this, right superhero?”
“No.” Isaac admitted.
“Wow, loving the vote of confidence there buddy. Don’t listen to him, we’ll fix this.” He winked.
He walked back behind Isaac and whispered “we have not got this...” unfortunately she heard his whispering.
“You should probably whisper more quietly.” She announced.
