THIS IS A FICTIONAL DIARY ENTRY BASED ON TRUE EVENTS

Dear diary,
Today I’m piloting a flight from the Dominican Republic to New York. It’s my first time flying the plane, BN-2A MK. I’m meant to have 12 people on board including myself. If I’m honest I’m pretty nervous about it, you see, I’m flying over the so-called ‘Bermuda Triangle’. The Bermuda Triangle is a viral myth that focuses on a triangle estimated to be beetween 500,000 and 1,510,000 square miles in diameter which is said to be ‘cursed’ because of disappearances there. In total, there has been over 20 ships and 50 aircrafts of which have been recorded to have mysteriously disappeared in the triangle over the years. Anyways, work must go on, and I’m leaving soon so I’ve gotta get ready, wish me good luck!

Dear Diary,
I am writing from the cockpit, we have entered a strange situation. All of our communications have gone down and the plane seems to have stopped mid air as you can see no signs of movement outside and it’s rather ominously silent, which is why I’m writing, I don’t do well in silence because of my social anxiety,as you know. As of right now, my co-pilot trying to check the engines, he says he’s going to open a window in a minute, all of us agree he sounds a lunatic, although that seems the only option at this point. I’ll let you know, if I’m not gone by then.

_The planes not moving. We can’t figure out what’s happened. I’ve been sent in here to grab a straw so we can pull straws to see who goes out on the wing, I hope it’s not me._
__
_It was me. The engines have completely stopped. There’s no movement. We seem to be floating in middair. We’ve now tried every button in the cockpit. Nothings doing nothing. We don’t know what to do._
To be continued..
