POEM STARTER

‘All in a golden afternoon, under the skies of cloudless blue.’

Unspoken Words

All in a golden afternoon,

under the skies of cloudless blue

I stare up and think of you

Do you have a need for anything?

Because I need you

I think of your voice so often, saying phrases you’ll never say

I think of you sometimes all day,

Even until I’m left sitting under the moon

Thinking of things I want to say to you

Writing this down, is far better than words stuttered

The hope that I will once again hear you speak soon

Thinking of things I want to say to you that have will never leave my lips, that will never be uttered
