I weeped in secret for the anguish was intolerable

I trusted your deceiving lies

You coaxed me into believing you would comfort my gloominess

You proved false to your word

Your dishonesty and betrayal left me broken

My only escape from reality deluded me and left me in a pile of sorrow

Yet I found in me a light

I pushed forward through my wall of mental despair

No resentment is left for you
