That’s Me
“I think I just met the happiest person in the world! And you know what that person is me.”
It’s Friday, 5:30 pm and I just finished the last bit of my homework for the week. I looked up from my chrome book as I pressed “turn in” and I sank into my black office chair. My blonde hair falling on my shoulders. I sat and thought for a moment, today wasn’t to bad. And in that second I realized something huge, like bigger than an extra large elephant kind of huge.
“What’s the point of not being happy? Why do we as humans sit at out desks and criticize the world? What’s the point?”
I stood up from the chair and it rolled back a little, a huge smile on my face.
“I think I just met the happiest person in the world! And you know what that person is me.”
