Realistically starting my novel.
Realistically, I’m going to write my novel every other day. Start with something then finish before moving on to the next one.

Speaking as an experienced procrastinator, maybe don’t go with “every other day” but instead shoot for a certain amount of hours per week. That way, you can take advantage of light days that allow you to write, and not feel guilty if you get a couple of busy days in a row.
Another trick I got from a book by Quinton Tarantino is to stop writing mid-scene. That way, when you come back the next time, you’re already primed to start writing.
Good luck on your quest!
