I’ve always had a hard time facing my own problems and dealing with my emotions.

But with you it’s all possible. All I have to do is put this needle in my arms and all my problems and emotions go away! My head is clear and I don’t have to think about anything or anyone!

My mom has begged me for years to stop putting that stuff in my body! She said one day it’s gonna kill me! But I don’t have to deal with my problems! Yeah I’m having cold shakes but that will go away! Yeah I haven’t been to bed in days but I have no emotions!

All I have to do is snort this line and I’ll be just fine! Yeah my eyes look distorted but I’m fine! My problems aren’t here anymore! I have to sleep in the street because my family don’t want me around anymore! They can’t bare to see me looking a malnourished ghost anymore. But my problems are gone!

I looked up to see his face! He was dark and scary looking but he had such a warm and kind smile! He said come on man! Wanna do another line! He said remember your problems are gone and you don’t have to deal with your emotions anymore! Just one more line! One more time that’s all it took.

I’ve been clean for years now! That one more time of snorting a line or putting that needle in your arm could also be your last! I finally understand why my family wanted me to get clean and get help! They were only looking out for me. They were only trying to get me to stop talking with the devil!
