Words of a wizard.

I made a note in my head to never trust a wizard again. He had taken away my life, everything that I stood for was suddenly in the clutches of a metal chain. They took me away, questioned me endlessly until my tongue couldn’t speak a single word more. Desperate for water, I collapsed. Crashing to the concrete floor, my body left lifeless, untouched.

Seconds, maybe minutes, maybe hours passed, I couldn’t remember. The door left open in front of me was my only escape and I knew I had to leave this place. So I took my bags and left, leaving nothing behind. At first I was confused why no one stopped me, then I realised that the spell had actually worked.
