POEM STARTER
Use the 'snowball technique' to write a poem, where the first line is one word long, the second line has two words, and so on.
Remember you do not have to 'build' on the first word - each line should use different words.
On Marriage
Fuck
you very
much, you can
take your fake love
and shove it up your
ass. I’m not falling for your
platitudes any longer. Are you really convincing
yourself that this is all it takes to
fix our marriage, but you don’t even acknowledge what
and how it’s broken. You must realize that our union’s
longevity is tied to a contract we’re too lazy to break.
