Sometimes we think

We have everything

They are only material things

You may have

What we call belongings

They don’t belong to us

Along the way

We accumulate belongings

Almost everyday

When we leave

We do not take any belongings

That we may have

They will all stay behind

Shared by everyone

I have heard many people say

Those belongings belong to me

What they don’t see it’s

Material things they will be left behind
