The Perfect Murder

As a mother, they expect me to be protective of my children. It’s the unconditional love that Mother Nature instilled into us. As abiding creatures, we fight, we survive as she wants us to. As is the balance of life. But when a predator enters my territory where my babies are, harmless and innocent, abide, then I will fight back. Nay, we fight back.

The winter winds blast us but we push through. We stick together and neutralise threats to our families. We travel together, we eat together, we live together.

Like stealth units in the night, black-feathered we soar and when the predator is neutralised. We scratch, we tear, we make them disappear.

A lesson in life, don’t mess with the crows.
