If you don't know another language you could look up a common phrase said in your language of choice that is linked to the theme of your poem.

Я не могу не плакать

It’s not all an act.

I know for a fact.

My emotions aren’t intact

There’s words I find are hard to extract.

I’m trying to figure out my next line but I can’t so I’m just gonna publish before I get more stressed out
