Mother Nature
Some nights, I lay silent on the grass and listen to the trees argue. Some nights I watch the stars connect as they sing and dance. Some nights, I sit by the shore and listen to the waves gossip.
On this night, I’m alone. I can feel the touch of the grass or the ripples of water. But mother nature has the peace. Mother nature has the silence.
I will always be alone physically with my peace. But mentally my mother; of grass, water, and stars. She will always be with me.
As I listen in here, I notice it’s not all silent. I have the chirp of the crickets telling me I’m OK. I have the dog I take care of snoring away.
Mother nature is calm and collected. Animals, nature, and little things count let the silence carry your thoughts as you sleep.
