A bloodthirsty tyrant travels into a series of poor villages every year to capture children, who are promised a life of wealth for themselves and their families if they manage to survive.

The lure of wealth and the desire to live overpowers the kids’ care for one another, causing them to kill each other in the most horrific ways. Most of the ones that live, find that they’ve lost themselves in the process.
