My first kiss

His eyes shining in the moonlight

Mine sparkling like the stars above

His eyes drift back and forth from my eyes to my lips back to my eyes

A silent question that is simpler to answer with actions rather than words

I lean forward slightly and press a soft peck on his lips

He sighs calmly and wraps his fingers in my hair and his soft fingers brush my cheek

He pulls me close and gently presses a deeper but sweet nonetheless kiss on my lips

My heart flutters as he pulls me closer and now I feel his heart beating against mine

He pulls away and whispers gently in my ear “I love you”

Oh how I love him too “I love you more” I whisper back

He looks back to my eyes “Impossible, I love you most” He giggles and my heart leaps
