his love was a fire
it kept me warm when i was cold
his love let me burn
and i burned
i burned so fiercely for him,
a leaping spark,
desperate to perform
he loved,
i loved
but the flame was too hot
he loved me so fiercely i burned, and now,
all he is left with is the ashes
