Write an Etheree poem on any theme you like.
An Etheree is a ten-line poem where the first line has one syllable, the second has two, and so on up to ten syllables (or this structure in reverse).

thought I’d
miss you, until you
were gone. I was grasp-
ing at the straws of your
presence, hunting for the last
threads of connection like berries
in November. Why did I not think
to go in the sunshine of your presence?
